Our aim is to ensure that you and your guests are delighted with the high standard of quality and presentation of platters. All our platters have been designed to ensure there is a choice of ingredients for all your guests to enjoy.

All our staff are fully trained in dietary/allergen requirements & have completed courses in food safety management. This course has been Assured by RoSPA Qualifications.

PLEASE NOTE: all products are stored, prepared and handled in an

environment where food allergens ( SOYA, GLUTEN, EGGS, ALL NUTS,

DAIRY, SESAME, YEAST, PEANUTS, SULPHITES ) are used.

We have implemented controls to reduce the risk of cross contamination but

can not guarantee the absence of allergen transfer.
